We cover return shipping in the contiguous US.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to start a return
Email support@internetbayllc.com with your order number and we'll email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 100 nights of delivery. The pillow can be used — we ask that it be free of stains, tears, and odors so we can donate it to a local shelter partner.
Warranty
Every Internetbay™ pillow is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact support with photos and your order number to file a claim.
